each of the posable models is built to 1:32 scale and comes with display stand. the set also comes with two minifigures — an archaeologist and a sapien skeleton — as well as a dinosaur egg, a miscellaneous bone, buildable crate, and book elements.

the set will be available directly from LEGO stores and online starting november 1, 2019. it comes with a booklet featuring easy-to-follow building instructions, fascinating facts about the tyrannosaurus rex, triceratops and pteranodon, and information about the set’s fan creator and LEGO designer.

the set is based on a concept from the fan-fuelled LEGO ideas crowdsourcing platform, in which fans can submit ideas, and if they gather enough support, are considered for development as an official set. it recently unveiled a set celebrating the 25th anniversary of the tv show ‘friends’.
