everyone around the world loves music. some people enjoy a large variety of genres, and others are passionately faithful towards one particular musician. with their project ‘rock heads’, ludovic ismael and nicolas delille sought to imagine what the biggest fans of five famous rock and roll bands would look like. using ismael’s photographic expertise and delille’s ability to shape three-dimensional works of art, the collaboration led to a collection of portraits that fuse the disciplines into each piece. for the process, pictures were taken as models sat atop a stool, dressed in different outfits with peculiar features. afterwards, the heads were replaced and transformed into defining figures that provide hints towards the name of the suggested band.

think you can guess their names?
