following our story on an unimplemented LEGO set proposal, the first-ever buildable tesla cybertruck kit has been unveiled. while the iconic electric vehicle will only be available from end of 2022, mattel creations is releasing a special-edition display model of the car for the joy of all who are patiently waiting.

part of the MEGA collector campaign, this small cybertruck was developed to be as similar to the real model as possible. the designers put great attention into details for the 3,283-piece car miniature, and the final result won’t let any tesla enthusiast down. the 1:12 size replica is priced at 250$, and it is available through an exclusive highsnobiety presale.

A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR TESLA ENTHUSIASTS

adjustable suspensions regulate the truck’s height, a retractable cover pops on and off, and a folding tailgate slides into the truck frame. the armor glass windows show a failed break-in marks. a small gps system and a tesla water battle are also part of the kit. more easter-eggs are reportedly present in this special edition collectible.
