scandinavian designer and architect mattias stenberg of studio vision A&D has created ‘carry-on’, a portable furniture piece. the design is a take on a classic barrel form, with an upholstered textured tweed body which is contrasted with a natural wooden handle.
the multi-purpose object can be used as a stool, ottoman, or stand. ‘carry-on’ was presented at the stockholm furniture and light fair 2012.
the booth was part of the ‘greenhouse’ venue, a space for young designers to show their work.
