the HT is designed by max zhivov utilizing a modular system within the interior that allows the boat to be used for a variety of functions, depending on the client’s budget and requirements. from a classic houseboat, to a floating sauna or cargo vessel, the project affords flexibility and adaptability.

the classic version of the houseboat measures 14 meters long and 6 meters in width. the hull of the vessel comprises an internal area of 60 m2 and includes space for a living room with a shower and washing machine, a utility room, and two cabins that can accommodate up to four people. additional berths can also be added in the floats that pass into the hull.

the project places focus on sustainability and integrates eco-friendly technologies into the houseboat. 40 m2 of solar panels and two wind turbines are built onto the roof to provide renewable, green energy. the vessel is also equipped with two electric motors and an approximate power reserve of 80 miles at a speed of 12 km per hour.

  • That is pretty exceptional. Good one! A friend recently said; “The cheapest land in Florida is a ‘boat dock'”. We have been looking at houses and/or trawlers. Too bad this is not already in production.
