Guided Headspace (see more here) meditations are delivered through built-in directional audio that can only be heard inside the pod designed by Mike & Maaike (see more here). Felt upholstery provides a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, reinforced by the lack of a screen to remove associations with work or media. More importantly, the Headspace Meditation Pod’s upright seating creates a posture ideal for individuals trying to ease into a mindful state.
