entrance to ‘neoreal’

canon will be participating in this year’s milan design week for the first time ever with their exhibition, ‘neoreal’. this will be a large exhibit held at the triennale di milano that will show off the work of japanese designers tamae hirokawa, junya ishigami, hikaru mori. the show is divided into three parts; tsuzuri (passing on heritage), ikasu (expanding possibilities) and waza (the art of technology). tsuzuri will display replica japanese folding screens and sliding doors. ikasu features an sensorial installation made from paper by tamae hirokawa and junya ishigami, while waza will provide a demonstration of canon products. the show’s exhibition designer is hikaru mori.
