mode:lina sets huge shipment boxes for customform's exhibition in poland

polish architectural studio mode:lina extends the possibilities of exposition design with their stand for customform at meble polska furniture fair 2018 at the beginning of march. two huge shipment boxes were set amid other designers’ exhibitions to present the brand’s furniture.

customform’s manufactory is a place where an exceptional range of furniture is produced by polish craftsmen,’ the designers explain the concept. ‘the brand sells most of its products online, and their orders are sent to customers in regular big carton boxes.’

those cartons inspired mode:lina designers to create boxes rescaled to 4.5 meters high, which were then given customform colors and filled with their flagship collections. the internal walls of those boxes became furniture exhibition space: pieces of furniture were attached to the walls in sample arrangements, almost ready to box up and post!
