tokyo based group ‘more trees’ have teamed up with AXIS gallery to put together ‘feel the forest 12 days’, an exhibition which aims to raise awareness of the current forest status in japan. the 12-day event showcases a number of the collective’s ongoing projects which include a collection of products as well as a photo exhibition centered around the theme of the forest and nature.
‘apple kendama’ by yasuhiro suzukifounded in 2007 by ryuchi sakamoto, haruomi hosono, yukihiro takahashi, shinichi nakazawa and moichi kuwahara, the group’s main initiative is to promote smart wood consumption around the world and planting more trees. they aim to offset the CO2 emission as well as advance and stimulate the demand of tree thinning.

a diverse digital database that acts as a valuable guide in gaining insight and information about a product directly from the manufacturer, and serves as a rich reference point in developing a project or scheme.
emmanuelle moureaux filled the auditorium in a chromatic wave for the 2019 imabari color show, a city known for its leading textile dyes.
held at tokyo's 21_21 design sight, the show observes the animal's diversity aiming to discover new design possibilities.
taking 300 hours and 44,051 LEGOs to complete, the work is modelled from the iconic photograph of aldrin walking on the moon.
inspired by the objects’ ‘spirits’ and the passing of time, harashima brought together the old and the new into his STILLIFE collection.
