during the event, moritz elaborated also on the LED jackets used by take that during their progressive tour (the project has been a collaboration between moritz and james long). these ‘video dresses’ are based on video capable LED solution that was developed by waldemeyer’s studio for quite some time now: and consist of a video capable full colour LED pixel especially designed for wearable applications. together with a new miniature video player — this is the wearable technology that the electronic fashion community has been waiting for for decades: a durable, practical solution for video fashion that can be applied to any textile surface. this technology can also be seen worn by will.I.am’s tailored jacket during the black eyed peas tour.
