to realize the ideal of soft and transparent skin embodied by japanese cosmetic brand shu uemura, nendo has formed the ‘tsuya skin’ collection of containers. the fluid design of the packaging bears minimal grey typography, subtly expressing the product concept of delivering a smooth and creamy texture for the face and body. a rippling surface is delineated by waves that swerve around the circumference and interior of the bottle, reflecting, as nendo describes, ‘the idea that beauty comes from within’.
