OTO watches represent people's desire to reach new heights and keep balance, by andy kurovets

developed by andy kurovets — a designer highly passionate about watches — OTO design supports your desire to be unique, make changing actions, and create. titled ‘aspiration’ and ‘cutting edge’, the two timepieces replace the conventional watch hands with tiny human figures reaching new heights and keeping balance on a high wire.

‘I’ve been offering my watch concepts to watch brands and received the answers like “your design is interesting, but it is not for mass market.” ‘, explains kurovets. ‘I realized that these refusals are, in fact, my lucky ticket! and, finally, I developed my own art watches!’

both of the OTO watches designs reflect this intellectual and spiritual search and give one a chance to join the designer in its development. the ‘aspiration’ watch is a reflection of the idea of a person’s desire for new achievements, going beyond the ordinary and moving to new heights, while the ‘cutting edge’ piece is inspired by eternal human wish to cross the line, make maximum efforts, achieve balance, move and finally reach the goal.
