the 1950s cocktail armchair received a modern revamp by hannover, germany-based designer patrick frey. available in two options — normal and lounge — the ‘romy’ chair works just as well by itself or part of a larger ensemble. the design pairs luxurious, drape-like fabrics with a slender build and dark wooden base; giving it the ideal aesthetic for a dimly lit bar. ‘romy’ was debuted at imm cologne 2016 for furniture company freifrau
