‘kiffy’ is a configurable tricycle designed by patrick jouffret of french design studio agency 360 in collaboration with norbert peytour of NPinnovation. the object focusses on a urban problem: how to shop or carry bulky items with a vehicle that you can maneuver around and store at home.

from the initial concept, 360 sought the ideal form, taking into account the necessary proportions, mechanisms, and disassembly process. thus, construction consists of structural and functional components such as a transport plate, hydraulic breaks, a flash folding system, a reverse gear with two speeds, and collapsible pedals. this 27-pound alloy architecture stretches to 145 cm long for riding, and occupies a 57 cm by 53 cm footprint for shopping or storage.
