pauline deltour and campana brothers for alessi

‘a tempo’ by pauline deltour

the italian design manufacturer alessi has released a couple of new products as part of a special mid-year collection featuring work by the campana brothers and pauline deltour. the ‘a tempo’ wire collection by pauline deltour recalls early alessi products and includes a fruit -, citrus – and waste basket plus a dish drainer, all available in gold and silver. the campana brothers contributed with a series of steel mesh baskets which use natural fiber trimmings to create a more organic feel.

  • I don’t know why but i really like “a Tempo”.
It looks like it really saves some space…

    nice says:
  • It definitely links to Alessi’s history.
    Functional purposes rather than gadgets.

    Wuki says:
  • @Nice. I agree.. I have no idea why i like it either but I really do…

    agreed says:
  • I would love an ‘a tempo’ in my kitchen. I think it’s a really different way of storing your wet dishes while creating a pattern instead of doing it the traditional way; just randomly piling up your dishes in an unconscious mess.

    ART IS THE IDEA. says:
