pearson lloyd has unveiled flow x — a stairlift thought for the 21st century, where comfort, aesthetics and user experience were placed at the forefront. developed for access BDD, this advanced mobility solution aims to prioritize design in a product which has been historically produced from an engineering point of view.

flow x by pearson lloyd has been created knowing that the current 60 and over population is both design-aware and tech-literate. to meet their physical and emotional needs of this independent audience, the stairlift is comfortable, intuitive and easy to use. its design is ergonomic, modern and appealing, making it the perfect addition to any home. its patented ASL (advanced swivel leveling) technology makes sure the seat and footrest rotate together, keeping optimal distances between the chair and staircase and allowing users to easily get on and off. a folding mechanism makes sure the chair takes little space.

flow x comes with arms that unfold completely for easy access and support for seating and standing. to operate it, users will find the controls on these armrests which have been designed as intuitive as possible. the joystick can be manipulated with a hand or wrist and the buttons and indicator lights are visible and operable. a built-in call function allows three phone numbers to be programmed in, enabling users to contact family, friends and medical/care teams.
