A getaway under the Aegean sun begins at the Atoles Retreat in Imerovigli, Greece. Minimalism, pastel colors, shapes and materials faithfully play around the concept of traditional architecture merging with contemporary tints, as the Intrigo chairs by Claudio Dondoli e Marco Pocci decorate the sea-view room balconies. By Pedrali r&d, the X-shaped sand-blasted Bold table completes the industrially elegant outdoors setting.

NORTH SANTORINI SPA HOTEL, GREECE
On volcanic soil, the North Santorini Spa Hotel offers its suites and villas with views to the caldera and the eastern side of the island. Verandas are equipped with private hot tubs or swimming pools that reflect Pedrali’s outdoor furniture. With a historic course that started by Mario Pedrali in 1963, CMP’s Nolita chairs in steel sit on the stone-finished balconies surrounding the Lunar table by Pio e Tito Toso. Everything comes together as the Mediterranean sun falling on the louvered ceiling runs through the pattern of the chairs.

Completely made of steel and designed specifically for outdoor use, the stackable Nolita chair travels all the way to the Caribbean waters, at the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort. The CMP-designed chairs dressed in grey cushions only accentuate further the vivid blue of the waters.

Virginia’s Cave Villas in Santorini, Greece
On the picturesque land of Oia, in Santorini, Virginia’s Cave Villas ensure a luxurious but tranquil stay, overlooking the natural beauty of the island and the blue Aegean Sea. By Pio e Tito Toso, the Concrete table with the characteristic base and steel column matches the monolithic architectural aesthetic. The Dome chair by Odo Fioravanti adds to the scene as the injection-molded polypropylene product is charged with glass fiber, resembling the joints of wood.

Eataly at The Beach in Dubai, UAE
Customers of Eataly at the Beach, in Dubai, get to comfortably enjoy the high quality Italian food as Pedrali furnishes the restaurant’s outdoors area. For this case study, the vast combination of the different types of tables, chairs and sofas show the brand’s diversity. CMP’s Panarea armchairs are cord hand-woven, topped with a dry-feel polyurethane foam that adds to the comfort. The flowing, aluminum frame of Eugeni Quitllet’s Soul outdoor armchair adds more lightness, while presenting a strong visual impact and contrast with the wooden seat and deck. All three designed by Pedrali r&d, the Quadra, Inox, and Tonda tables are arranged strategically in the restaurant. In sand-blasted cast-iron base and steel columns, the tops switch from square to round. The 2022 collection expands to the Reva Twist armchair and three-seated couch by Patrick Jouin, of which the steel backrests and armrests are woven with a flat rope in weather resistant polypropylene.

Enigma Suites in Santorini, Greece
CMP design flies back to Santorini and onto the luxurious balconies of Enigma Suites. The Tribeca chairs take us back in time with a modern reinterpretation of the classic Sixties patio chairs made from steel and woven material. In a colored backrest and seat in woven extruded PVC with a nylon core, the stackable product is ideal for a relaxing sunset view. By Luca Casini, the Fluxo table in a die-cast aluminum base completes the scene.

The Tanneries Hotel & Spa in Chania, Greece
Down in the Chania region of Crete, CMP’s Malmö tables, chairs and armchair furnish the interior as well. Thanks to the touch of ash wood, the products evoke domestic warmth and the appeal of tradition for The Tanneries Hotel. On the deck, Eugeni Quitllet’s minimal Soul armchair in shaped teak slats blurs the boundary between indoors and out, complementing the different types of wood.
