‘audrey’ is a new series of two chairs developed by piero lissoni for italian furniture company kartell presented at milan design week 2011. the multifunctional furniture piece has been conceived for both indoor and outdoor use, in the office or home… the design exhibits clean and simple lines, and its die-cast aluminium frame makes it lightweight and resistant to the elements and everyday wear. this is the first time a single piece, with or without armrests has been cast.

‘audrey soft’ is the second variation of the chair with an upholstered seat that makes it ideal for office and indoor use. the soft seat and back, upholstered in kvadrat fabric, are combined with a shiny aluminium frame, with or without arms. the seat has the same measurements as ‘audrey’ and comes in yellow, mustard, orange, red, purple, violet, blue, forest green, acid green, milk and mint, sand and black colors.
