japanese company wowlab will show their newest product the ‘polar candle’ at this year’s cultural typhoon event. the ‘polar candle’ is a cylindrical mirror that works as a trick picture installation. before the ‘polar candle’ can be used a motion graphic is first distorted into a circular shape and cylindrical mirrors are placed on tables. the’polar candle’ is then used to display the correct image. cultural typhoon will run from june 28th – 29th in sendai.
