raf simons has collaborated with eastpack on their sixth collaboration, this time for a series of blade runner-inspired backpacks. the ss18 collection merges this with industrial design elements with hopes of providing an alternative interpretation of asian street culture.
the raf simons X eastpack capsule range includes a PVC option in two bold colorways featuring custom-made linings, made apparent by the bag’s transparency. canvas options with PVC and metal applications make up the rest of the collection, featuring utilitarian elements such as button popper fastenings, multi-compartments and interchangeable handles.
the collection ranges from $187 to $312 and is available from select retailers and eastpak’s online store.
