manhattan-based multidisciplinary studio rich brilliant willing has designed ‘bright side lights’ for artecnica‘s newest collection. ‘bright side lights’ personify a message of optimism through design and function. the cast glass pendants are durable, recyclable and can be used as a hanging pendant lamp, or laid on their sides as table lamps. the collection of three lights – ‘in the right light’, ‘bright side of life’ and ‘light without darkness’ – are made directly from virtual models and are modern forms realized through the ancient medium of glass work. different messages are debossed on each lamp, summing up the vision, purpose and design of each light.
