swedish note design studio has sent designboom a preview what to expect during the 2013 stockholm design week. also presented at note open, ‘rondell’ for boxit design provides a new solution for handling office mail as an internal mail hub. with bins normally hung on a wall, the piece incorporates a collection of 30 trays into one piece of furniture. rather than just acting as an organizational object, the aim of the project also becomes a natural meeting place for sorting post and letters.
