what forms the basis of the set are a stainless teapot with tea sieve and warmer which spake of georg jensen’s skilful metalwork and high degree of precision. in addition, there is a double-walled stainless steel espresso cup which is accompanied by a saucer which features an etched line detail executed in silver which runs through the centre of its surface. the use of porcelain and colored synthetics is also explored in which scholten & baijijngs have applied different textures and patterns. the porcelain plates have been hand decorated with light-blue color gradients which come in two variations:  one with the gradual hue change starting from the inside out, and vice versa.
