based on the ‘dog house sofa’ (see designboom’s original coverage here), korean designer seungji mun, has teamed up again with premium pet furniture producer mpup— this time to design a ‘pet furniture collection’. conceived using insight from research conducted on puppies and potty training, the series introduces the company’s new modular ‘pet beds’, lined with waterproof and bacteria-resistant fabric. if the owner desires, the cushioned pads can also be placed inside an optional ‘pet house’ addition, which provides semi-permanent accommodation for canines regardless their age. because the pillow covers can be easily replaced and washed, a puppy can be toilet trained inside the space without staining carpets or couches.
