studio settimocielo‘s ‘vittoria fissa‘ (fixed victory) was born from the passion for the bicycle world, and in particular, for the fixed gear. the designers state that the project was ‘an exercise in style based on the challenge of wanting to merge within a single cycle characteristics such as sportsmanship, customization, craftsmanship and classic, with the result of obtaining an object innovative, unique and quality.’

the vehicle is the rebirth of an old frame dated 1986 by the firm mingardi of brescia. the restoration has not only provided the chassis, but also the components. items such as bottom bracket, crankset, handlebar holder, headset and brake calipers are the original elements that have been duly audited. the remaining pieces have been fabricated by producers in the USA, japan, and italy to enhance the overall performance.

the restoration has not only provided the chassis, but also the components

the frame has been kept deliberately white as a reference to paper so users can express their creativity
the project has been realized having style, quality, and innovation as targets. for this reason, the concept requires that every part of the human body that goes in contact with the construction will touch a pure, warm material. as a result, intricate details were added by the expert hands of a skilled craftsman. the saddle, saddle bag, and toe clips straps feature complex engravings and an identification code.

the most elements are the hand-engravings on the fork, crankset, pedal crank, seat post, and handlebar holder
