french based art agency TETRO‘s idea has been to give a street art feeling to this event, inviting an artist and the crowd  to create something beautiful together; by the people for the people of lyon. over 20.000 colored tiles have been used to show the creative vision of the brazilian illustrator fernando volken togni.
