‘the brunch’ a series of post-functional products

ivo vos is a dutch born interaction designer who graduated from the royal college of art in london earlier this year. ‘the brunch’ is a collection of objects designed by vos to celebrate the mundane. the set of consumer products used to cook and eat a brunch are each specially designed in surprising ways. the toaster allows the user to set the angle and force with which it ejects the toast, launching it onto the plate hen ready. the bread slicer cuts perfect uniform slices every time and the cutlery matches the placemat exactly when aligned correctly. a tea set is also included, however this set allows an exact measurement of milk and sugar and allows pouring from heights.
