dutch designers teun fleskens and ingmar cramers have recently launched their ‘faraday stool’. the stool takes its name from the famous english scientist, michael faraday, the father of modern electromagnetic physics. its appearance resembles large electric structures used to hold up cables. the designers created the stool to be as efficient as possible with the material. as a result the stool is lightweight, rigid and very transparent. it comes in three finishes with an optional leather seat.
