at maison et objet 2013 in paris, french designer benoît convers shows 3 hybrid designs entitled ‘hidden chairs’, all made in wood, are lacquered in black aniline finish and have the same dimensions: 60 x 60 x 100 cm. the series reinterprets iconic design pieces through an optical illusion.
