with fingers free, passengers can enjoy such delights as: scrolling through their feeds after sneakily taking airplane mode off, removing their sleeping seat mate’s head from their shoulder, or as modeled, enthusiastically drinking champagne until the sleeping pills kick in. vice president of customer service at ELAL yehudit grisaro says, ‘the designers proved that airline innovation can be expressed in various ways, passengers enthusiastic feedback showed us there are many ways to increase customer enjoyment.’ the ‘wearable blanket’, turning cramped aisles into mile-high runways since 2015.
