TIFF 2014 – thailand international furniture fair

the department of international trade promotion (DITP) and the ministry of commerce, has once again partnered with the thai furniture industries association (TFA) and the thai furniture industry club (TFIC) of the federation of thai industries (FTI) in organizing thailand’s largest furniture fair of the year and one of the most foremost in asia in terms of design and creativity – the thailand international furniture fair 2014 (TIFF 2014).

TIFF 2014 will be held from march 12th-16th, 2014, at the grand venue of IMPACT muang thong thani, a 30,000 sqm space that will feature the work of an estimated 200 furniture makers from thailand and overseas. TIFF strives to build a name for thailand as a major hub in the production and export of furniture within the region, as well as abroad, catering to the needs of international customers. it stands as a platform for international buyers and thai producers to meet in a cultural and business exchange. as always, the small order OK (SOOK) policy will be in place to allow buyers with specific needs to make small orders with specialized requirements, which is particularly popular with niche market customers such as boutique hotels, resorts as well as contractors.

the first three days of TIFF 2014 (march 12th-14th) are trade days, with the event open from 10AM-18PM; while the last two days (march 15th-16th) will be retail days and will run the hours of 10AM-21PM.
