‘together rice’ package design by green in hand food bank

taiwanese company green in hand unites its sustainable approach to traditional chinese farming practices and its simple but attentive aesthetic in ‘together rice‘, a package design for the classic chinese new year or wedding gift of small amounts of white rice. labeled in chinese calligraphy, the bag is composed of simple materials: kraft paper and paper rattan and tissue paper. the grain itself is produced by the guan shan fan taitung family in the yuli township of hualin county, taiwan,  under the leadership of tseng kuo-chi, an organic rice farmer of 16 years.
