tokujin yoshioka finesses a transparent cookspace for toyo kitchen style

from a kitchen space for storage to a kitchen space for display — tokujin yoshioka‘s ‘finesse’ transparent cookspace offers a more open concept for preparing meals, while simultaneously providing ample units for keeping your utensils, tableware, pots and pans on view. designed for toyo kitchen style, ‘finesse’ has been realized to anticipate what the kitchen environment might be like — more of a place to show off your beautiful cookware tools, rather than hiding them behind doors and drawers. the scheme is composed of several modules that are brought together by a steel grid, and finished with a veil of smoked glass whose transparency makes it possible to transform itself without limit by reflecting the various kitchen tools and cooking ideas of individual users.
