tomoko azumi: verso chair for mark

‘verso’ chair by tomoko azumi for mark

london-based japanese designer tomoko azumi had developed the ‘verso chair’ for UK furniture manufacturer mark. the versatile chair has been designed for indoor and outdoor use. its frame is made from common steel, available with or without arms, which acts as the base for interchangeable seat and back rest options. the chair’s different versions make it suitable for various applications from meeting rooms, dining situations in cafés and restaurants, or even breakout and educational use and can be stacked up to 9 units high.

‘verso 2’ chair with upholstered seat and back

verso 2 features an upholstered seat and back which is covered in either danish textile company kvadrat’s ‘field’ or ‘remix’ fabrics.
