tokyo-based torafu architects, in collaboration with designer minä perhonen have developed the ‘hanger stool’ prototype. the seat’s supporting legs are constructed from three hangers whose tension provides strength and stability to the structure. an upholstered cushion is placed on top of the legs to finish the seat.
