P-06 atelier worked in close partnership with portuguese pedra silva architects to create environmental graphics and interior design for uralchem’s headquarters in moscow, russia. with a strong connection between communication and architecture, the work defines the atmosphere, and guides visitors from around the world via an accessible, easily understood signage system. a rounded san serif typeface was used–VAG rounded cyrillic–with accompanying custom-made numbers and pictograms. all signs and elements reinforce a circular shape, directly connecting visual organization to the building’s floor plan.
