canadian designer craig alun smith has designed ‘wank’ chairs, 2 chairs that can be connected as one.

the types of wood use to construct the chairs are imbuya and sugar maple. his work is on display
at the winnipeg art gallery as part of the 2 -chairs exhibition.
craig describes his work:
‘wank’ is a metaphor for the relationship between the 1st and “3rd world”, how they are interdependent
and how the 3rd world ‘props up’ the 1st.
