during milan design week, we+ launches swarm, a collection of chair and vases composed of steel aggregates. the short steel wires are attracted by the structures using magnetic forces, resulting in unique and complex shapes.

the tokyo-based studio created structures with magnetic properties to design a process of creating shapes rather than producing ready-made objects. The orientation, density and overlapping of the 1.2mm-diameter and 15m-length wires is controlled by the magnetic structure, resulting in organic, unexpected surfaces.
