milan design week 2017exhibited at the rossana orlandi gallery during this year’s fair, ‘blur’ is a constantly evolving low-table designed by creative studio we+. although physically static, this furniture displays ephemeral aesthetics and transitional moments — offering a dream-like experience to the users.

coated with thermo-sensitive ink, the table by we+ reacts to machine-controlled random temperature changes, bleeding like a living creature. during milan design week at the rossana orlandi gallery, visitors were met with an object that was ‘infused with blue, appearing like water soaking into soil — its appearance continually transforming,’ as described by the studio.
