‘meteo’ by william sawaya

beirut born, milan-based designer william sawaya of sawaya and moroni has created ‘meteo’,
a series of outdoor chairs intended for use in community spaces and hospitality environments.
available in a range of finishes and material combinations – including polystyrene cord and PVC
strip seats – the lightweight, stackable chairs feature an open ring backrest and curved aluminum
frame. the chairs were created with comfort and ease of use in mind, considering both the users
and the restaurant and public space managers who are responsible for setting up and cleaning the
objects.
