similar to ziiiro’s other creations, the ‘saturn silver’ is decorated with a sleek and distinctive face. rather than using hands and numbers, the watch presents its wearer with a minimal visualization of time. with an aesthetic that has been designed in ode to retro style graphics, the interface features the company’s emblem in the center of its display. around its perimeter, the hour can be deciphered from an outer ring of 12 segments and the minute can be indicated by an inner ring of 60 segments. the only button accessible from the front is for the backlight function, allowing the time to be read underneath sunlight during the day and surrounded by darkness at night. the device, which is available in black, gunmetal, chrome, and polished silver, is secured to the wrist of its user by a stainless steel casing and strap.
