A Structure of Feeling: On a New Generation of Architects in China

A Structure of Feeling brings together twelve projects by nine independent Chinese architecture practices to examine how design is changing after decades of rapid urban expansion. Models, films, photographs, and graphic works trace a generation working across existing city fabric, rural development, and smaller-scale forms of construction, while the shipping crates that carried the exhibition from China to Berlin become part of the display itself.
