russian based designers KIDZ‘s office is crazy about multi-functional furniture and unconventional elements. that is how they have come up with the idea of a huge ‘bagel’ — soft rack, which can be used as a room and can be modified for meetings and reading. it is a space for events and large-scale lectures which has two amphitheaters and portable furniture. big and comfortable poufs can be placed both in the amphitheaters and on the floor. they can also be stored in the rack if not needed.

KIDZ design is proud of their modular construction. it consists of wooden cubes, which are partly used for the blue poufs storage. the other part of the cubes is covered with paint for chalkboards, so you can make up a full-scale board by putting them together. all elements are in one scale dimension so they can me compiled and used in various combinations together.

KIDZ keep observing people’s behavior: how they work, relax and communicate. as a result, they have created not simply unconventional projects and furniture but super-functional objects and spaces, which everyone can use for his or her advantage.
