the video shown above is taken from a 1996 epsidoe of david letterman’s late show. the footage bears an incredible likeness to the sony bravia ad from 2005 ‘the one with the bouncy balls’ as does the video below that was made in 2003 for the orignial version of ‘heartbeats’ (the song used in the sony ad). could it be that the song generates the same imagery in the heads of all those who hear it? co-incidence? or simply that the ad was in the end nothing new?
