designer's own words:

the design is a celebratory graphic interpretation of the number “90” using elements created specially for the laughing cow’s 90th anniversary. it is a modern interpretation of patterns traditionally used on dinnerware thus implying the nature of the laughing cow’s products and the longevity of the brand, creating a connection between past and present. the design is simple yet strong, drawing the spectator in with it’s playful repetition of silhouettes.
