Anticipated memories
by Cui-Xiaofei from china
designer's own words:
In a moment of casual observation, we might be moved by the beauty of a fallen leaf. This touching moment might come from a flower, a blade of grass, a stone, a branch or anything found in nature or in our daily lives. On an impulse, we think “Let’s take it home!” But this cherished memory fades as time goes by. I believe we've all had a similar experience like that. Now we can showcase these memories on our walls by putting them into this small transparent box just with a nail. Hanging our happy moments on the walls allows us to keep, look at and even touch the memories in our anticipated future lives.
