Inspired by regional apple production and the storied tradition of Japanese bento boxes, this creation is a modern take on a rich heritage.

- To be made from apple wood sourced from the Aomori Prefecture.
- Potential for production as a local souvenir, keepsake, or school lunchbox.
- 20.32cm Diameter x 6.35cm depth.
- 5 Compartments. 3 smaller “slices”, 1 larger, plus center sauce basin.
- Cover is able to be used as a top, and spun using the stem atop the core. (see video for example)
- Apple red metallic-luster paint, paired with natural, bare apple-wood on engraved leaf, base of cover, and base of bowl.
