People ignore so many aspects of the designed environment that my goal for Aria was to assure that this would not be the case. By designing an "everyday object" in a completely new way, with a new process, and with an attention to the tactile nature of the design, the hope is that people start paying more attention to even the mundane objects in their lives. Sometimes it is the simplest objects that are the most beautiful.
