the inspiration to the shape of the bowl, comes from the profile of a butterfly.
the criterias for the bowl:
- it should be nice to hold in your hand.
- it shold be able to contain icecream, without melting the ice too fast and it should keep soup hot for a while.
- the shape of the inside of the bowl, should fit a spoon, so that nothing remains in the bottom of the bowl.
the name bassarona is the latin name for a certain butterfly.
