It’s a ceramic refractory barbeque that allows bringing the cooking rite over the table. It works with charcoal without any need of using electricity. It has a minimalistic design with pure and essential forms supposing a bet in the possibility of incorporating it in the innovative modernity.
Made in white-grey, fine-grained ceramic refractory, its body is manufactured through pressing a refractory sheet into a mould with a power press. The trays and the little supports are made with rolled refractory. The “chimney” is made with a revolving “potter’s” wheel.
At the top of the “chimney” a small concave dish allows us to control the air’s intake thus regulating the coal’s combustion and even to stop it.
